We're looking for the best, fun loving , organized people for summer cruisers.

 Community Cruiser program is paid position for a broadcasting student.   Hired on a part time basis through the summer months from Victoria Day weekend to Labour Day weekend as Summer Cruiser representatives They are expected to work most weekends.

Students must be returning to school in the fall to be eligible for this program.

This program requires a commitment to excellence.Successful applicants will have a firm grasp of  London and surrounding area, have a valid drivers license, ability to work under pressure, have the broadcast skills to create and send live -on-air reports. Successful applicants must also be well organized and work with a wide variety of event organizers. Excellent people skills are also required for this position. 

Application packages must include:

Demos in the following format:                

  • MP3 (via email ONLY)
  • CD (AUDIO)

 

Cassettes and CDs with data files will be discarded

 

Demos must include:

  • Two :60 second reports from any event

 

 

Reports should cover the SAME EVENT, each reflecting different angles or versions of the story

 

  • Hard copy of the scripts
  • A resume and a cover letter
  • A current home and cellular phone number
  • A current email address

 

NOTE: All audio MUST be broadcast quality.
