COUPON CHRISTINE: Let the store pay YOU!
Savings Tip of the Week
Overage – this is when the STORE PAYS YOU! to take products off their shelves. It happens when you have a coupon that is worth MORE than the product on the shelf. Example, Resolve cleaners are on sale at Walmart for $1.97 and there was a coupon in the Smartsource insert a few weeks ago for $2 off. Walmart will give you 3 cents to take that product off their shelves. This is a small overage example, but some overage examples that give you a bit more cash in your pocket is using coupons that say they are GOOD on ANY product line, and you can stock up on travel sizes and earn up to a buck back into your pocket.
If you haven’t added me as a FRIEND on Facebook, you should because you are missing out! www.facebook.com/savingyoucash - I am running a contest every week with local business giving away some amazing prize packs. This week, I personally am giving away a $20 SUBWAY gift card. Find out how to enter by adding me as a friend on Facebook. Contest will be posted by noon today.
Tubs of diaper wipes are on sale right now for $2 at No Frills – both Pampers and Huggies – this is the CHEAPEST I have seen these go on sale. Even better, if you saved your Smartsource from a few weeks ago, there is a .75 cents off coupon, so you can get them for a $1.25. Amazing deal right now if you need to stock up.
