I love to spend time with my wife and 2 kids.

My biggest pet peeve is an empty beer fridge (usually caused by me....ok...always caused by me)!
My favourite movie is Goodfellas.
I love all types of music especially country!
Probably the most amusing past time for my family is watching me awkwardly learn how to play games on the PS3 with my 10 year old son...trust me...hours of hilarious entertainment!!

This Canyon, Texas, native graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Advertising. Garner and his family reside in Nashville, Tenn. He prides himself in his car collection. He bought his first car when he was 12 years old and, to date, has owned and renovated more than 70 cars.

Garner started his radio career in Canyon, Texas, later moving to Dallas to work at KAFM-FM, then to Washington, D.C.’s WASH-FM. From there, he moved to Houston to work at KKBQ-FM. Months later, WPLJ-FM in New York recruited Garner as their afternoon-drive host, where he was named among the top ten most-listened-to disc jockeys in America. Garner then moved to the West Coast and worked as the afternoon-drive personality for KIIS-FM in Los Angeles. After having ratings success in five of the top 10 markets, Garner created After MidNite, which was purchased by Premiere Radio Networks in 1997. In 2010, The Blair Garner Show was created specifically for Canada and launched October 11^th.

The show focuses on country hits, along with recent music news and chat about pop culture. In addition, Blair is recognized as one of Nashville's best interviewers. Country Music's top stars, including Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, and Reba McEntire have made it a point to appear on Blair's show to promote their projects. Garner has also interviewed stars outside of Nashville, including Kevin Costner, Gwyneth Paltrow, Lionel Richie, Henry Winkler, Joan Rivers, Kathy Lee Gifford, and WWEand UFC superstars such as Stone Cold Steve Austin, John Cena and Brock Lesnar.

As a country music air personality he won the Academy of Country Music's On-Air Personality of the Year award in 2004, 2006 and 2010 and has also been nominated for the prestigious Marconi Award and for Nationally Syndicated Air Personality by Billboard Magazine.

John Biggs has been behind a microphone in radio for over 26 years. Actually -
before radio, he was also behind a mic - singing and playing bass professionally
in a touring rock group for about five years. After the band, John took the advice
of his drummer’s Mom (“You have a nice voice. You should be in radio”), and worked
his way into a full-time radio gig.

Most recently, John was with Astral Hamilton, as morning show host for Oldies 1150
CKOC, and for over 12 years there - since having started at the offices at 883 Upper Wentworth in April of 1998 - he had positions on four different radio stations!
